Deb and Andrew commissioned me to brand their shop front in an eye-catching yet tasteful style. Traditionally hand painted and gilded with real 23ct gold leaf, the fascia has attracted the attention of passers-by, who are praising the shop for its elegant new look. The lettering is Art Deco inspired and reflects the neighbourhood’s class along with the café’s playful nature.
If you’ve never been to Lichfield - Staffordshire’s tiny medieval ‘city’ - you’ll find a warm Aussie welcome at Melbourne 2.0. The coffee shop has humble beginnings as a tiny kiosk, hidden down a narrow alley, but now takes pride of place on Bird Street.
As well as baking beautiful cakes and treats, and serving up the best toasties around, Deb and the crew roast their very own speciality coffee beans in-house.
